- What is your standard turn-around time?
- Under 24 hours for a standard batch. Express delivery is available when a campaign deadline needs it, tell us the deadline in your brief and we will confirm against it before you commit.
- How do you handle confidentiality and NDAs?
- Your files are never published, shown in a portfolio or used in marketing without your written consent. An optional Non-Disclosure Agreement can be attached to any order at the point you place it, and the signed copy stays in your dashboard.
- Can I try the studio before placing a bulk order?
- Yes. The free trial takes up to 3 images with no card required, and it goes through exactly the same production process as a paid order, including the same retoucher.
- How do I send you my files?
- Share a link. The order form takes URLs to your Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or any host you already use, so nothing has to be re-uploaded and your originals never leave your own storage. Finished work comes back as links in your dashboard.
- Which formats do you work with?
- RAW (CR2, NEF, ARW), PSD, TIFF, PNG and JPG on the way in. On the way out we deliver layered PSDs, 16-bit TIFFs, or web-optimised JPG/WebP, whichever your pipeline expects. Say so in the brief.
- How do I send files using WeTransfer?
- Go to wetransfer.com, choose to send as a link rather than by email, add your files or a whole folder, then copy the link it gives you and paste it into the order form. The free tier needs no account and covers most batches; if your set is larger, split it across two links or zip it first. Do check the link is set so anyone with it can download, and keep the original files until we confirm the order, as free transfers expire after a few days.
